Join Trish Brewer at Honey's Farmhouse Retreat for a morning of guided active breathwork and live handpan sound healing. She's partnering with Jaxon P. — local sound healer, author, and podcaster — to create something that moves through you rather than at you.
Together, we'll drop into the breath and into sound to restore what has been wounded or inactive within you. The handpan will hold what words can't reach. The breath will move what's been stuck.
This is a grounding experience — not a performance, not a workshop. Just you, the breath, the sound, and whatever has been quietly waiting underneath the noise.
