Overall, the detox was a great experience. I probably should have done more prep work beforehand, but I stuck with it for 10 days. I think the supplements made a big difference throughout the process. Despite taking quite a few, Iâve noticed changes in my gut. My plan is to keep as many of the supplements in my routine as possible along with healthy eating.
