I used the Elderberry syrup last two years for immune maintenance, especially when traveling by plane long distance. It’s been working. The formula is different this year, adding blackberries. Me and my mother loved the living soil workshop at Honey’s Harvest farm. It was very informative and even more importantly it was inspirational. We have since changed the way we compost our food waste and our garden scraps, as well as set up hugelculture in our yard. I am excited about attending more workshops at Honey’s.

It was one HOT day, but I really enjoyed my first time foraging through one of our local farms. I did learn a few good things about making teas to use for myself personally. Herb was a great host.
