I used the Elderberry syrup last two years for immune maintenance, especially when traveling by plane long distance. It’s been working. The formula is different this year, adding blackberries. Fingers crossed that it’s as effective. 🤞

Overall, the detox was a great experience. I probably should have done more prep work beforehand, but I stuck with it for 10 days. I think the supplements made a big difference throughout the process. Despite taking quite a few, I’ve noticed changes in my gut. My plan is to keep as many of the supplements in my routine as possible along with healthy eating.
