In this interactive class, you will learn how carbon-rich and nitrogen-rich materials work in harmony to build healthy, living soil that will be ready to use in your spring garden. Through stories, simple science, and practical guidance, we’ll explore composting basics, no- and low-till gardening methods, and the hidden life beneath the soil surface.

Overall, the detox was a great experience. I probably should have done more prep work beforehand, but I stuck with it for 10 days. I think the supplements made a big difference throughout the process. Despite taking quite a few, I’ve noticed changes in my gut.
